I hereby apply to become a member of Thirsty Wine Club. If my membership application is approved, I agree to be bound by the club rules. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, by signing this agreement, I give my consent for my personal data to be processed in accordance with the Club's privacy policy and for my information to be used solely for internal Club purposes. I also authorize Thirsty Wine Club to carry out the necessary checks regarding my application.

PAYMENT DETAILS
Once your application has been approved by the membership committee, we will contact you to arrange payment of your membership fee and the first membership payment by credit card. Please tick the box to confirm which type of card you wish to use to pay your membership fee: o Visa / Mastercard o AMEX All memberships are renewed annually on the date of your admission to the Thirsty Wine Club. If you have a French bank account, we require a direct debit mandate for the payment of future annual membership fees. This direct debit mandate will be used to collect the fees charged to your Club account. You will be contacted for this information once your membership has been confirmed.
Payment of membership would be collect 2 or 3 months before home delivery.
